Vicor PI3325-00 ZVS Buck Regulators integrate controllers, power switches, and support components into a high density system-in-package (SiP). The PI3325 series features best-in-class power efficiency, achieving high point of load performance by incorporating a Zero-Voltage Switching (ZVS) topology. These Cool Power® ZVS buck regulators require only an external inductor, two voltage selection resistors, and minimal capacitors to form a complete DC-DC switch mode buck regulator. The Vicor regulators feature a wide 14-42V input voltage range and are parallel capable with single wire current sharing. An evaluation model is also available, which can be configured to demonstrate a single product in a stand-alone local sense or a remote sense configuration.
